ANTI-SLAVERY POLICY

Mimis Daughters Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business.

Mimis Daughters Ltd has an anti-slavery policy that reflects our promise to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not occurring anywhere in our supply chains.

Our supply chain and supplier adherence to these values has been established over some years and built upon mutually beneficial factors.

In addition, we have close and personal links and direct contact with the owners and directors of our businesses, reflecting that we partner with small and medium-sized operations.

Whenever we appoint new contractors or suppliers within our business, we pre-qualify them through a due diligence process to ensure their business stays within our policy. In addition, we look at company performance and request references from other customers to establish their suitability.

Due diligence process

Mimis Daughters Ltd have strict systems in place to cover the following information:

  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
  • Protect whistleblowers.

We have not been informed of human trafficking or slavery activities within our supply chain or with our suppliers. However, if such information were highlighted to us, we would act immediately in accordance with our

legal and moral obligations.
