All items shipped from Sydney, Australia
Items will be posted within 24 hours of cleared payment via Australia Post.
Delivery normally takes between 1-6 working days to arrive, if not received after a week please contact us.
You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail.
Express delivery is an option at checkout
We accept all major credit cards, all payments will be processed via Stipe.
We also accept Paypal payments via the Paypal button below each products listing.
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post with a cost based on the size, weight and number of items you have ordered. Shipping costs for this service can only be viewed on the checkout page prior to placing your order.
We are at present not able to process online orders from destinations outside of Australia and New-Zealand.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please take into consideration that our felt products are carefully handmade, therefore each product can vary, please carefully take a look at pictures and descriptions for accurate condition before purchasing.
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid.
Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.
